By submitting the online admission form at GDU COMPUTER CLASSES, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The applicant must provide accurate and complete personal and academic details.

• Admission is subject to eligibility criteria specified for each course.

2. Documents Required

• Recent passport-size photograph

• Valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, etc.)

• Educational qualification certificates (if applicable)

3. Payment Policy

• Full or partial fee payment must be made at the time of admission through UPI, bank transfer, or approved payment methods.

• All fees are non-refundable after admission is confirmed.

4. Admission Confirmation

• Admission is confirmed only after verification of documents and successful fee payment.

• E-MEDIA INSTITUTE reserves the right to reject any application if the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.

5. Batch Allocation

• Batches are assigned based on seat availability and student preference. Once assigned, changes may be allowed only with prior approval.

6. Course Material & Access

• Study materials, software access, and classroom login details (if applicable) will be provided after admission confirmation.

• Sharing of materials or login credentials is strictly prohibited.

7. Discipline & Attendance

• Students are expected to maintain discipline and minimum attendance to be eligible for certification.

• Misconduct or violation of institute rules may lead to suspension or cancellation of admission.

8. Certification

• Certificates will be issued only upon successful course completion, assessments (if any), and clearance of dues.

9. Privacy Policy

• All personal data submitted during admission is kept confidential and used only for academic and official purposes.

10. Updates & Changes

• E-MEDIA INSTITUTE reserves the right to update course structures, fees, or batch timings as necessary. Students will be informed in advance.
